WOW Logistics recently hired Michael Zuelsdorf as Insides Sales Manager.
Prior to WOW Logistics, Zuelsdorf was a Business Development Manager at Heartland Business Systems. In this role, he generated new sales leads, forecasted sales revenue, and drove sustainable growth via brand recognition and customer satisfaction. He brings over two decades of experience to the WOW team.
As Inside Sales Manager, Zuelsdorf is responsible for collaborating with Account Managers to execute strategic account plans. He will coordinate contract renewals, nurture relationships, and perform daily customer service tasks. Additionally, he will manage midsize accounts.
“I’m excited to foster connections with customers and colleagues,” said Zuelsdorf. “I’m hoping to elevate and simplify the customer experience any way I can.”
To start, Zuelsdorf will focus on familiarizing himself with WOW’s portfolio of supply chain solutions.
“As I expand my understanding of our service offerings, I plan to use my existing skillset to elevate our procedures and, ultimately, customer satisfaction,” said Zuelsdorf.
Long-term, he will leverage his experience to garner success, create tailored solutions, and accomplish company growth initiatives.
“Michael has a strong background in inside sales. He is a genuine person who demonstrates a strong work ethic and takes pride in his performance,” said Zach Tatro, Senior Director of Sales. It was clear from the onset he would be a great fit in a role where customer service is critical.”
