WOW Logistics® recently hired Olivia Becker as Director of Operations, Project Planning and Implementation (PPI).

Prior to WOW Logistics, Becker was the Director of Global Logistics & Supply Chain with Vollrath Company. In this role, she was responsible for transportation, trade, compliance, network design, systems, invoicing, claims, and warehousing in Sheboygan, Kiel, Mexico, and China. Becker led more than ten warehouse management system implementations and over 15 greenfield and brownfield projects.

This vast experience will serve Becker well as Director of Operations, PPI, where she will provide operational insight to ensure customer expectations are met and project goals are achieved. She will also lead new facility launches by overseeing recruiting, training, and management until each operation reaches steady-state.

“Olivia will work with the engineering team to provide input on real-world functionality,” said Arvind Goyal, Vice President of PPI. “She will coach each facility to make sure there is never a gap in the project and process knowledge.”

Becker’s short-term goal is to learn WOW’s systems, operations, and personnel to leverage her expertise to establish valuable operational processes for the PPI department.

“I am excited to help enable the team to deliver the smoothest, most efficient transitions from go-live to steady-state,” said Becker.

Long-term, Becker plans to solidify and enhance each phase of the process via analysis and continuous improvement to provide robust solutions and seamless startups.

She brings more than a decade of experience in implementation, project management, continuous improvement, and operational management,” said Goyal. “Her extensive knowledge and exceptional leadership skills will elevate the capabilities of the PPI department and result in projects that not only meet, but exceed customer expectations.”
